The Cargologic 2010 Customer Survey: we want to be better!
What do our customers think of Cargologic? What are their impressions about our quality and our service? What is our strength and weakness and where can we improve further? Marco Gredig, Head of Marketing, wanted to be as near as possible in the market and started a detailed customer survey with approx 500 contacts in September 2010. The results prove our suppositions: A lot goes well, but there is still room for improvement.
